Oats in the mornin’

To maximize the chance of eating a healthy breakfast take a few minutes to prepare it the night before.

Steel cut oats can be even healthier when eaten raw if soaked in water overnight. Warm oatmeal can be prepared in a crock pot and cooked overnight ( One quarter oatmeal to three quarters water cook for 7 hours on slow, add a squeeze of agave or maple syrup and you’re good to go.
